The action of the drug is provided by the presence of live lactobacilli Lactobacillus bulgaricus – 51 (LB-51) and biologically active products of their vital functions (lactic and malic acids, nucleic acids, a number of alpha – amino acids, polypeptides and polysaccharides), High content of proteins (25-30%), favorably affecting the mucous coat of the gastrointestinal tract, stimulating the regeneration processes of the mucous coat of the stomach and duodenum.

How to take, the dosage

Inwards, 30 minutes before a meal, chewed with a little water or previously crushed and mixed with a little boiled water at room temperature.

As a remedy: in the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis and hyperacidity of gastric juice in adults – 1 to 2 tablets, children from 3 to 12 years – 1/2 tablet, from 12 to 18 years – 1 tablet 3 times a day for 30 days.

In case of acute gastritis and insufficient effect, the daily dose can be doubled.

The effect of treatment usually comes by the end of the first week.

In the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer in adults, 3-4 tablets 3 times a day for 30 days.

As a preventive remedy: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day for 15 days, in cases of alcohol or tobacco abuse – 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day.
