Decoction of the collection has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and “mild” laxative effect.

Indications

Spasms of the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, spastic constipation (as a laxative).

Composition

100 g of the collection contains a mixture of crushed medicinal herbal raw materials – nettle bark and nettle leaves 30% each,

Pearmint leaves 20%,

Valerian rhizomes and roots and calamus rhizomes 10% each;

How to take, the dosage

4.5 g (1 tbsp) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of cold boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool it for 10 minutes at room temperature, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting broth was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1/2 cup in the morning and evening. The decoction is shaken before drinking.

Special Instructions

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the drug components;

calculous cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction, spastic constipation, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, “acute” stomach syndrome, acute inflammatory diseases of the abdomen, pregnancy, breast-feeding, children (under 12 years).

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

With long-term use, a feeling of thirst, headache, heart pain, weight loss, weakening or lack of laxative effect, constipation may occur.
