Gastric collection number 3 has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.

Indications

Gastrointestinal spasms, constipation (as a mild laxative).

Active ingredient

Composition

Active substances:

birch bark – 30%;

nettle leaves – 30%;

Peppermint leaves – 20 %;

Valerian rhizomes with roots – 10 %;

Hair extract – 10 %

How to take, the dosage

Two filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 30 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Take orally 1/2 cup in the morning and evening.

We recommend to shake the infusion before drinking.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug; intestinal obstruction, spastic constipation, bleeding, acute abdominal syndrome, appendicitis, other inflammatory processes in the abdomen, pregnancy, breast-feeding period.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

With long-term use, a feeling of thirst, headache, heart pain, weight loss, weakening or lack of laxative effect, constipation may occur.
