Solvent for local and external use 0.02% – 1 l:

Nitrofural 200 mg.

Associated substances:

water for injection – up to 1 liter.

Directions for use

In purulent wounds, bedsores, ulcers, II and III degree burns, to prepare the granulation surface for skin grafts and secondary sutures the wound is irrigated with an aqueous solution of Furacilin and wet dressings are applied.

In case of osteomyelitis the cavity is washed after surgery with an aqueous furacilin solution and a wet dressing is applied.

In case of pleural empyema pus is sucked out, the pleural cavity is washed, followed by infusion of 20-100 ml of aqueous furacilin solution into the cavity.

In case of anaerobic infection, in addition to the usual surgical intervention, the wound is treated with an aqueous solution of furacilin.In conjunctivitis and scrofulous eye diseases an aqueous solution of furacilin is injected into the conjunctival sac.
