How to take, the dosage

Adults, 10 ml a day with meals.

It is pleasant to drink with mineral water or with juice. And when tonic is added to fresh orange juice, a more harmonious intake of active ingredients is achieved. It is not advisable to take black and green tea, coffee, vitamin E, milk, and calcium at the same time, which reduce the bioavailability of iron.
