How to take, the dosage

Ingestion. 1 tablet a day, morning or evening, with a little water, regardless of meals. The recommended course is 3 months.

Important information. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product should not be used as a substitute for a variety of foods. The degree of beneficial effects of the product depends on its systematic use.
