How to take, the dosage

Two filter packs (3.0 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 30 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Take orally 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day 15 minutes before a meal.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.

Special Instructions

Patient should consult a doctor when using Horsetail for baths, with extensive skin lesions, acute skin diseases of unclear etiology, high fever, infectious diseases, heart failure and arterial hypertension.
