Contains digestible trivalent form of chromium – chromium picolinate. It has anorexigenic, normalizing lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, making up for the lack of chromium. It has a mild, fairly stable anorectic (decreased feelings of hunger) effect, which lasts throughout the day.

It is due to the effect of chromium on insulin-dependent mechanisms of appetite regulation. The main function of the trace element chromium is to increase the sensitivity to insulin and reduce blood sugar levels.

Chromium promotes the formation of the correct stereo form of insulin, so that this hormone contributes more effectively to the penetration of glucose into the cells, enhances its conversion into glycogen, stimulates lipolysis and reduces cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels.

Chromium influences cellular tissue, intracellular metabolism, capillary permeability and cardiac muscle activity; it strengthens the nervous system, increases the body’s defenses; it is important for stabilizing the production of enzymes and normalizing hormonal metabolism; compensates for impaired protein metabolism responsible for the development of various asthenovegetative reactions (nervousness, depression, general weakness, anxiety, insomnia, headaches), significantly increasing the risk of atherosclerosis, CHD, diabetes, contributing to weight gain.

How to take, the dosage

FET-X is taken orally, with meals, held in the mouth and then swallowed.

Adults – 10-20 drops (0.5-1.0 ml) 1-2 times a day, but no more than 20 drops (1 ml) a day, which corresponds to 200 mcg of chromium.
