Diagnostic Method Ab Test 2019-nCoV
The kit detects IgM and IgG 2019-nCoV antibodies using the immune capture method.
If 2019-nCoV antibodies are present, they will bind to colloidal gold-coated antigens to form compounds (as purple bands) after adding blood drops.
