Raw plant leaves of eucalyptus twigs.

How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiling water to 200 ml.

Inhalation is carried out 2 times a day, rinses – 3-4 times a day.

The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Before using the infusion is recommended to shake.
