Storage conditions

The Esmarch mug should be stored indoors at a temperature from 0 to + 25°C and a relative humidity of no higher than 80%, at a distance of at least 1 m from heating devices, protected from direct sunlight, oils, solvents, acids, alkalis and other substances that destroy the polymer material.

Esmarch’s mug is intended for sanitary and hygienic purposes (for washing and douching). Volume – 1 liter.

Recommendations for use

Before use, boil the tips in water for 10+5 minutes. Wash Esmarch’s mug, complete with tube and clamp, in hot (50 ± 5) ° C water with the addition of baby soap. Then you should prepare a solution of hydrogen peroxide in soapy water, at the rate of 100 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 1 liter of soap solution and pass this solution 2-3 times through a mug complete with a tube and a clamp (for three-time treatment, you can use the same solution). After treatment, thoroughly rinse the mug complete with tube and clamp with running water. Before using the mug, immerse the end of the PVC tube in hot water for 1 minute and place it on the tip, previously lubricated with neutral fat (vaseline, lanolin). After each use, the tip should be washed with soap and water and rinsed with clean running water. In medical institutions, an Esmarch mug is disinfected by rinsing with hot water at a temperature of (50±5)ºС and the product is kept in a 1% chloramine solution at a temperature not lower than 18°C ​​for (30+5) minutes, or the outside of the product is wiped twice with a gauze swab dipped in the same disinfectant solution. The tip is placed in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for 80 minutes.
