Erinit, tablets 10 mg 50 pcs
€4.42 €3.93
Erinit is a venous vasodilator and has an antianginal effect. It stimulates the formation of nitric oxide in the vascular wall, which is an endothelial relaxing factor.
Erinit decreases preload (dilation of peripheral veins and reduction of blood flow to the right atrium) and postload (OPPS) on the heart; it reduces myocardial oxygen demand.
Restores blood flow through the small endocardial vessels, improves – in epicardial coronary arteries, increases exercise tolerance in patients with CHD, angina pectoris.
Lowers pressure in the “small” circle of the circulation. Compared to nitroglycerin, Erinit has a slower but longer action (up to 10 hours). When taken orally, the beginning of the effect – after 30-45 minutes (with sublingual – after 15-20 minutes), the duration – 4-5 hours.
Indications
Prevention of angina attacks.
Pharmacological effect
Erinite is a venous vasodilator and has an antianginal effect. Stimulates the formation of nitric oxide in the vascular wall, which is an endothelial relaxing factor.
Erinite reduces preload (dilatation of peripheral veins and reduction of blood flow to the right atrium) and afterload (OPSS) on the heart; reduces myocardial oxygen demand.
Restores blood flow through small endocardial vessels, improves it in the epicardial coronary arteries, increases exercise tolerance in patients with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris.
Reduces pressure in the “lesser” circulation. Compared to nitroglycerin, Erinite has a slower but longer-lasting effect (up to 10 hours). When taken orally, the onset of effect is after 30-45 minutes (with sublingual administration – after 15-20 minutes), duration is 4-5 hours.
Special instructions
The drug is of little use for relieving angina attacks due to the slow onset of the effect.
It is necessary to exclude the use of ethanol during treatment.
With prolonged use, the therapeutic effect may decrease (due to the development of tolerance).
When using the drug once a day in combination with other antianginal drugs, the risk of developing tolerance is reduced.

Interaction
If taken simultaneously with other drugs, you should consult your doctor.
Under the influence of dihydroergotamine, the antianginal effect of Erinit may be reduced. The combination of these drugs is considered irrational.
The combination with propranolol is rational, because the antianginal effect of Erinit is enhanced.
Ethanol enhances the effect of Erinite.
