Emolium special cream, 75 ml

The product helps in the treatment of these diseases and also has a preventive effect during remission. The cream can be used for the face and the whole body. Thanks to a carefully selected and researched complex of active ingredients, it effectively removes the causes and consequences of dry skin: it saturates and moisturizes the epidermis, limits transepidermal water loss, restores the water-lipid layer, as well as softens and elasticizes the epidermis and relieves itching. The hypoallergenic formula of the Special Cream was developed in collaboration with dermatologists. The product is recommended for use in children.

Active ingredient

Arlasilk Phospholipid GLA (2%)
Obtained from the seeds of cucumber. It contains about 18-25% gammalinolenic acid (GLA). The drug is rich in flavonoids, organic acids and mineral salts. Delivers essential unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) to the skin. Additionally strengthens the water-lipid barrier of the epidermis by limiting transepidermal water loss (TEWL). Increases the body’s immunological resistance and soothes irritations. Improves skin firmness and elasticity.
Gammalinolenic acid (GLA) plays an important role as a building material for cells and tissues. It is a component of phospholipids in cell membranes and ceramides of intercellular cement.

Triglycerides of corn oil (3%)
It is obtained by cold pressing of corn seeds. Their structure is similar to that of prostaglandin. Due to the linoleic acid content, they strengthen lipid barrier of the epidermis, grease the skin and limit transepidermal water lost (TEWL). They improve the skin’s firmness and elasticity. Makes the skin less susceptible to inflammatory reactions They relieve itching and prevent irritation.

Urea (5%)
It is a component of the Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). It works in synergy with lactic acid. It promotes water binding by keratinous fibers and softens the epidermis. Has a strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect. It normalizes the disturbed processes of keratinization (keratinization of the epidermis).

Carite oil (6%)
It is obtained from the seeds of the Magnifolia (carite) oil tree. It has emollient, smoothing and saturating properties. Protects and strengthens the intercellular cement and the water-lipid layer of the skin. Stimulates cell metabolism and strengthens the local capillary circulation. It effectively protects the skin from harmful external factors and softens its irritation.

Macadamia oil (3%)
Macadamia oil, derived from nuts Macadamia ternifolia (macadamia trifolia) contains phytosterols and lecithin. Resistant to self-oxidation. Well saturates the fat components, softens and gives elasticity to the skin. It relieves irritation and smoothes rough and too dry skin. It enriches the skin with essential unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) and phospholipids.

Sodium Hyaluronate (2%)
A component of extracellular substance naturally present in the skin. It penetrates deep into the skin and effectively protects it from harmful external factors. Binds water in the skin. Provides an appropriate environment for the division of keratinocytes. In addition it creates a protective layer on the surface of the skin preventing cells from water loss.

Paraffin oil (8%)
Liquid paraffin, a mixture of solid saturated hydrocarbons. It has an occlusive (protective) effect: it creates a protective layer on the skin surface preventing water loss. It softens, moisturizes and smoothes the epidermis.
