How to take, the dosage

The Eleutherococcus plus is recommended for adults and children over 14 years old to take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day with meals, as a dietary supplement – an additional source of vitamins C and E, a source of eleutherosides.

The last intake of the drug is best administered at 17-18 hours, or no later than 3-4 hours before bedtime.
