The INTEX Grade 1 anti-embolic stockings have an opening in the foot area. It is designed to monitor blood circulation during surgery and to perform hygienic procedures during bed rest. Surgical stockings (also known as maternity stockings) are produced in white color according to medical and sanitary requirements.
Antioembolic stockings of 1st compression are put on before surgical intervention, during premedication (preparing the patient for general anesthesia and surgical intervention).
