Echinacea-VILAR has immunomodulatory action.

Stimulates antibody formation, increases proliferative activity of lymphocytes, stimulates functional activity of phagocytic cells. Echinacea-VILAR has anti-inflammatory and capillary-protective effect.

It activates mainly cellular immunity, stimulates phagocytic activity of macrophages and granulocyte chemotaxis, promotes cytokine release, increases interleukin production by macrophages, accelerates transformation of B-lymphocytes into plasma cells.

Enhances nonspecific resistance of the body, including to influenza and herpes viruses.

Indications

Echinacea-VILAR is used in adults and children over 12 years of age as an immunostimulating agent to enhance the nonspecific immune response in frequently recurring acute inflammatory processes or exacerbations of chronic diseases, as well as in diseases accompanied by a decrease in the body’s immune status.

Echinacea purpurea fresh herb -1710 g,

ethyl alcohol 95% -270 g.

Pregnancy

Echinacea-VILAR should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Progressive systemic diseases (tuberculosis, leukemia, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection, etc.),
bronchial asthma,
autoimmune diseases,
individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Side Effects

Allergic reactions.

Interaction

Possible simultaneous use with antibiotics and other antimicrobial agents.

The drug should not be taken within 3 days after a course of treatment with cephalosporins.

The drug is incompatible with immunosuppressants.
