Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregative.

Dolac inhibits cyclooxygenase (mainly in peripheral tissues), inhibits the synthesis of GH – modulators of pain sensitivity, thermoregulation and inflammation.

The analgesic effect of Dolac develops in 1/2 hour, reaches a maximum in 1-2 hours and lasts for 4-6 hours.

It inhibits platelet aggregation, reduces the concentration of thromboxane and increases bleeding time.

The analgesic effect of Dolak develops after 1/2 hour, reaches a maximum after 1-2 hours and lasts 4-6 hours.

Special instructions

Dolac should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver and kidney function, chronic heart failure, and arterial hypertension.

If necessary, Dolac can be prescribed in combination with opioid analgesics.

Composition

1 film-coated tablet contains ketorolac tromethamine 10 mg.

Contraindications

erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract
bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract in the past
“aspirin” asthma
severe renal dysfunction
early postpartum period
hypersensitivity to the drug and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
