The Caucasian Dioscorea is a unique medicinal plant used in both traditional and folk medicine.

It strengthens blood vessels, making them more elastic, cleans them of toxins. How to take, the dosage

Infusion: 1 tbsp. raw material is placed in an enamel bowl, pour a glass of hot boiled water, cover and heated in a water bath for 30 minutes with frequent stirring. Cooled at room temperature, strain. The remaining raw squeeze.

The volume of the broth obtained bring boiled water to 200 ml. 1 tablespoon three times a day, 30 minutes after the meal. The course of treatment – 2 months.

Tincture: 50 g of raw materials, fill 0,5 liters of 40% alcohol, insist in the dark place for 14 days, shaking periodically, strain. Take 30-40 drops 3 times daily after a meal. The course of treatment – 2 months.
