Infusion of dill fragrant fruits has antispasmodic, increases the secretion of digestive glands, antidiarrheal and expectorant action, and also promotes milk production in nursing mothers.

How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of dill fragrant fruits are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath with periodic stirring for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Take internally in warm condition, 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.
