Interaction
Conjunctival injection of NSAIDs, including diclofenac, together with glucocorticosteroids (GCS) in patients with severe corneal inflammation may lead to progression of corneal damage. Caution should be exercised when using the drug together with GCS in patients with severe corneal inflammation.
If necessary, other eye drops including those containing GKS may be used concomitantly. If necessary, a break of at least 5 minutes needs to be taken between doses in order to prevent washout of the active ingredient in subsequent doses.
