Vasodilator; has hypotensive, vasodilator effect, stimulates spinal cord function, has moderate immunostimulatory activity. < br>
It has a direct antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles of blood vessels and internal organs. < br>
Facilitates synaptic transmission in the spinal cord. < br>
The immunostimulatory activity is associated with the regulation of the ratio of cGMP and cAMP concentrations in immune cells (increases cGMP content), which leads to the proliferation of mature sensitized T and B lymphocytes, their secretion of mutual regulatory factors, cooperative response and activation of the final effector function of cells. < br>
It has a short-lived (2-3 h) and moderate hypotensive effect and is well tolerated. < br>
It causes dilation (short-term) of cerebral vessels and therefore is especially indicated for forms of arterial hypertension caused by chronic cerebral hypoxia due to local circulatory disorders (cerebral arterial sclerosis).< br>

Indications
Peripheral arterial spasm: coronary spasm, arterial hypertension (including. Peripheral arterial spasm: coronary spasm, arterial hypertension (including hypertensive crisis); spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs: gastric and duodenal ulcer, intestinal colic, renal and hepatic colic; polio residual effects, peripheral facial nerve palsy, polyneuritis.

Composition
Solution for intravenous and intramuscular administration 1 ml bendazole 10 mg
Her excipients:
Glycerol 108 mg,
Ethanol 95% 0.1 ml,
Hydrochloric acid 0.1M 0.01 ml,
water d/i up to 1 ml
How to take, the dosage
Hypertensive crisis – intravenous or intravenous 3-4 ml of 1% solution or 6-8 ml of 0.5% solution; with significantly increased BP without crisis symptoms – 2-4 ml of 1% solution or 4-8 ml of 0.5% solution 2-3 times a day.
In orally, 0.02-0.04 g 2-3 times a day for 3-4 weeks.
For the treatment of diseases of the nervous system – 0.005 g (adults) 5-10 times a day or every other day.
The treatment course is repeated after 3-4 weeks.
The following courses are taken 1-2 months apart; for children under 1 year – 1 mg, 1-3 years – 2 mg, 4-8 years – 3 mg, 9-12 years – 4 mg, older than 12 years – 5 mg.
Interaction
Prevents increase in ROS caused by beta-adrenoblockers. It enhances the hypotensive effect of hypotensive and diuretic agents. Phentolamine enhances the hypotensive effect of bendazole.
Special Instructions
It is not recommended for long-term treatment of arterial hypertension, especially in elderly patients.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. With caution – old age (decreased cardiac output).
Side effects
Allergic reactions. When using high doses – fever, sweating, dizziness, nausea, headache.
