Recommendations for use

About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in an enamel bowl, poured with 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, and the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.

Storage conditions

In a dry place, protected from light. Store the prepared infusion in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
