Dalargin-Ellara, lyophilizate 1 mg 10 pcs

Substance of peptide nature, synthetic hexapeptide, analogue of leucineenkephalin.

It suppresses proteolysis and promotes healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers, has hypotensive effect.

Indications

– Gastric and 12 duodenal ulcer;

– pancreatitis;

– pancreonecrosis;

– obliterating arterial disease;

– alcoholism.

Composition

Dalargin 1 mg.

How to take, the dosage

In case of peptic ulcer the drug is administered intravenously or intravenously. A single dose is 1-2 mg; the highest daily dose is 5 mg. Treatment duration is usually 3-4 weeks.
The drug is administered in m/m, pre-dissolved in 1 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 2 times a day. For intravenous administration the drug is dissolved in 5-10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The drug is administered intravenously once a day.

In acute pancreatitis – intravenously 2 mg, then – 5 mg 1-2 times/day. The course of treatment is 4-6 days.

In pancreonecrosis – 5 mg 3-4 times/day (after 6-8 hours). The course of treatment is 2-6 days.

The solutions for injection are prepared immediately before injection.

Contraindications

– hypersensitivity;

– arterial hypotension;

– acute infectious processes;

– pregnancy.

Side effects

Decreased BP, allergic reactions.
