Dalargin, 1 mg/ml 1 ml 10 pcs

Dalargin is an anti-ulcer.

Limits the secretion of gastric juice and pancreas.

Pharmacodynamics

Limits the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes in the pancreas, limits foci of necrosis and promotes their replacement by complete tissue.

Indications

Gastric and duodenal ulcers, pancreatitis and pancreonecrosis (adults).

Composition

Active substance:

dalargin 1 mg

How to take, the dosage

Intravenously or intramuscularly.

In case of peptic ulcer disease – 0.001-0.002 g (not more than 0.005 mg per day), course dose – 0.03-0.05 g;

In acute pancreatitis – intravenously, 0.002 g then 0.005 g 1-2 times a day for 4-6 days;

In case of pancreatic necrosis – intravenously 0.005 g every 6-8 hours for 2-6 days or intravenously 0.002-0.003 g 2 times a day.

Contraindications

Persistence of hypotension, poisoning with sleeping pills and narcotics, acute infectious diseases, and pregnancy.

Side effects

Hypotension, hyperemia, soreness (at the injection site), allergic reactions.
