How to take, the dosage

Approximately 10 g (1 tablespoon) of buds are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of chilled boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 min, cool at room temperature for 10 min, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting broth was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
