How to take, the dosage

About 4 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain the remaining raw squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

When taken orally 1/2 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal. It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.
