Sanguinaria canadensis (Sanguinaria). D3 30 mg, Sepia officinalis (Sepia) D4 30 mg, Sulfur (sulfur) D4 30 mg, Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) D4 30 mg, Simarouba cedron (Cedron) D4 30 mg, Stannum metallicum D12 60 mg, Lachesis mutus (Lachesis) D12 90 mg;

Excipients: magnesium stearate 1.5 mg, lactose monohydrate to a tablet mass of about 0.302 g.

How to take, the dosage

The drug is used 1 tablet 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal or 1 hour after a meal. The tablet should be kept in the mouth until complete resorption.

Homeopathic remedies may temporarily worsen existing symptoms (initial worsening). In this case you should stop taking this medicine and consult your doctor. Information for diabetics: The carbohydrate content of 1 tablet corresponds to 0,025 of a bread unit.

The pouch must be closed immediately after use.

Impact on ability to drive vehicles, machinery

The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration and quick psychomotor reactions (driving vehicles, operating moving machinery, work of dispatcher, operator).

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to the content of sanguinaria in the drug. Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

With caution: in the presence of liver disease Climact-Hel should be taken only after prior consultation with your doctor.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

In individual cases during treatment with drugs containing sanguinaria an increase in liver functional activity (transaminases) and bilirubin concentrations up to drug-induced jaundice (drug-induced toxic hepatitis) may be observed; discontinuation of the drug leads to normalization of these parameters.
