Chromium picolinate has an anorexigenic, normalizing lipid and carbohydrate metabolism and replenishing chromium deficiency.

Indications

It is recommended as a source of chromium.

It is used for the prevention of atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, the occurrence of alimentary obesity, in disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, to correct weight and figure, to restore normal glucose tolerance, improve the cardiovascular system, to enhance immunity, with insomnia, headaches, increased fatigue.

How to take, the dosage

Chromium picolinate is taken orally, with meals, held in the mouth and then swallowed.

Adults – 10-20 drops (0.5-1.0 ml) 1-2 times a day, but no more than 20 drops (1 ml) a day, which corresponds to 200 mcg of chromium.

Shake before use.

The bottle is designed for 25 days of use.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of Chromium Picolinate.

Pregnancy use

It is not recommended to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
