Composition

1 ampoule of lyophilisate for preparation of solution for intramuscular injection contains:

acting substance:

chondroitin sulfate 100 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Intramuscularly, 1 ml every other day. Before administration, the contents of the ampoule are dissolved in 1 ml of water for injection. If tolerated well, the dose is increased to 2 ml starting from the fourth injection. The course of treatment is 25 to 35 injections. Repeated courses of treatment are given in 6 months.

The duration of repeated courses of treatment is determined by the doctor. To achieve a stable clinical effect at least 25 injections of chondroitin sulfate are necessary and the effect is maintained for many months after the end of the course of treatment. Repeated courses of treatment are indicated to prevent exacerbations.

Interaction

It is possible to increase the effect of indirect anticoagulants, antiaggregants, fibrinolytic agents, which requires more frequent monitoring of blood clotting when used together.
