Consists of three main components: chondroitin sulfate sodium, glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium hyaluronate. They are all part of the synovial fluid* and are important components of cartilage. The salt forms of the components promote their quicker and more complete absorption.

Indications

Glucosamine and Chondroitin sulfate are natural metabolites of cartilage.

Glucosamine is an aminonosaccharide, in the body it is used by chondrocytes as a starting material for the synthesis of proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans and hyaluronic acid. Introduction of exogenous glucosamine increases cartilage matrix production and provides nonspecific protection against metabolic destruction

Chondroitin sulfate, regardless of whether it is absorbed in intact form or as hydrolyzed fragments, serves as an additional substrate for formation of a healthy cartilage matrix. Chondroitine sulfate promotes the formation of proteoglycans and type II collagens and protects the cartilage matrix from enzymatic degradation (by inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase) and from the damaging effects of free radicals; Maintains the viscosity of synovial fluid, serves as the basis for the synthesis of hyaluronic acid

How to take, the dosage
