How to take, the dosage

4 tablespoons or 8 filter packs (12 g) was placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.
