How to take, the dosage

It is used orally, externally, topically. Dosing regimen depends on the indications for use.

1 tablespoons of raw materials are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, occasionally pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 100 ml.

Perhaps 2-3 tablespoons 2-3 times a day before a meal.

For mikroklizm use 50 ml of warm infusion 1-2 times a day.
