Composition

How to take, the dosage

Adults: 1 capsule daily with meals. The duration of use is 20 days. Repeat if necessary.

If there are problems with use (e.g., difficulty in swallowing), the capsule may be opened and the mini-granules extracted from it may be swallowed in portions.

One capsule contains 3 micrograms of vitamin B12 (300%* RNP) and 400 micrograms of folic acid (200%* RNP).
