Peptide collagen hydrolyzate “Gelita®” is an accumulator of amino acids and osteogenic peptides necessary for the formation of new collagen molecules, which is the main building material of connective tissue.

Collagen is the main organic substance of bones, the mineralization of which with calcium and other minerals occurs with the participation of vitamin D3. Collagen hydrolyzate prolongs the effect of calcitonin on bone tissue. Calcitonin acts on bones to inhibit their destruction.

Calcium – presented in an easily digestible form of calcium lactogluconate, is the main mineral influencing the formation of bone tissue and the mineralization of bone collagen. Together with vitamin C, calcium is involved in the synthesis of collagen fibers in connective tissue. Calcium salts are the main mineral elements of bones, giving them the necessary rigidity.

Magnesium – very important for supporting calcium metabolism, helps calcium and vitamin D3 in building bones, is necessary for maintaining healthy bones and tooth enamel, and calms the nervous system.

Manganese is necessary for the functioning of enzymes involved in the formation of bone tissue. Together with magnesium, manganese affects the metabolism of collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine sulfates and is involved in ossification.

Zinc – participates in protein synthesis and collagen formation, has a beneficial effect on the condition of skin, hair and nails.

Copper – takes part in the formation of the structure of connective tissue proteins – collagen and elastin, which are structural components of bone and cartilage tissue, skin, lungs, and blood vessel walls.

Iodine – presented in the form of potassium iodide, normalizes the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, the functioning of the thyroid gland, and helps normalize calcium metabolism.

Fluoride – increases the reproduction of bone tissue by stimulating osteoblasts to more intensely secrete osteoids. Thanks to fluorine, large crystals of bone mineral are formed, which better resist the desorption effect. Fluorine in a bioavailable form must be added to the calcium – vitamin D3 combination; better mineralization of osteoids occurs.

Vitamin D3 – ensures normal growth and development of cartilage and connective tissues of the musculoskeletal system, regulates mineral metabolism, reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis and rickets.

Vitamin K – together with vitamin D3 promotes the carboxylation of osteocalcin, a protein necessary for normal bone structure.

Vitamin C – necessary for the formation of collagen.

Vitamins C and E are the strongest antioxidants and play an important role in regulating redox processes.

Extracts of dandelion, horsetail (contains organic silicon) and walnut in the experiment influence the formation and renewal of bone tissue.

Directions for use and dosage: For adults, dissolve 13 g of powder (1 scoop) in 200 ml of cold water once a day with meals. Duration of treatment is 2-3 months. It is recommended to repeat this treatment 3 times a year.
