How to take, the dosage
Brewer’s yeast tablets should be taken after meals: children from 3 to 12 years – one tablet three times a day. Children after 12 years of age and adults should take two tablets three times a day.
The course of taking brewer’s yeast must not be less than 30 days. Repeated courses may be taken if necessary; the frequency of repeated courses depends on the individual characteristics of the body.
