Adults take 1 capsule of “BIOTA” №1 and “BIOTA” №2 simultaneously 1 to 3 times a day before or with meals with water.
Application of “BIOTA” №1 is possible both in capsule form and in different drinks on the basis of dry hydrolyzed proteins of natural cows skimmed milk.

Way to prepare sour-milk product “BIOTA” №1

Put the contents of 4 capsules “BIOTA” №1 in a glass container of 1 liter of warm (25-30 ° C) of natural or pasteurized milk with fat content of 0.5-2.5%. You can add 0.5 teaspoons of honey or sugar. The container tightly closed, shake periodically, including during the use of the product. Stirring promotes aeration and even distribution of microorganisms in the starter. It needs to be fermented for 3 days at the temperature of 25-28 °С.

The result is a homogeneous mass, with the smell of homemade kefir and acquires a refreshing yeasty and slightly sour wine flavor. A slight separation of whey is allowed.

When making on a regular basis the sour-milk product “BIOTA” №1 at home in glass containers of 1-2 liters, it is recommended to leave up to 50% of the product as the necessary volume of starter for further preparation of the sour-milk product on its basis by adding milk until the container is full, adding honey or sugar again.

The above-mentioned resumption of the sour-milk product preparation process with up to 50% of the product remaining in the container is allowed for no more than ten times. A new batch of dry sourdough must then be used. The volume of the lactiferous product preparation container is in fact unlimited, but assumes a proportional increase in the initial quantity of dry starter.

The BIOTA honey drink preparation method #1

It is recommended for lactose intolerance.

In a 1 liter glass jar with non-chlorinated boiled water, cooled to room temperature, add the contents of four capsules “BIOTA” №1 and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir and leave for 1-2 days at room temperature (20-25 ° C). Then maintain the symbiosis in the same way as in the case of the fermented milk drink. If BIOTA sour-milk drink #1 is available, half a glass of whey from this drink can be used instead of the dry capsule powder to make a honey drink.

The container with the drink “BIOTA” №1 for use during the day is recommended to be stored

at 15-20 ° C away from direct sunlight, long-term storage is better at 4-8 ° C.

The recommended amount of consumption of the drink “BIOTA” №1:

– Children from 8 months to 1 year – 5 ml 2 times a day.
– Children from 1 to 3 years – 10-50 ml 3-4 times a day.
