How to take, the dosage
Ingestion, regardless of meals, with plenty of fluid.
Adult and elderly men:
In advanced prostate cancer in combination with GnRH analogue or surgical castration: orally, 50 mg once daily. The treatment should be started simultaneously or 3 days before starting GnRH analogue or simultaneously with surgical castration.
In locally advanced prostate cancer: Orally, 150 mg once daily. Bicalutamide should be taken long-term, for at least 2 years. Stop if there are signs of disease progression.
