Tissue regeneration stimulant.

Pharmacological action

Dexpanthenol is quickly converted in the skin cells into pantothenic acid, which is part of coenzyme A and plays an important role both in the formation and healing of damaged skin. It stimulates skin regeneration and normalizes cell metabolism.

Pharmacokinetics

Dexpanthenol is quickly absorbed by the skin (quickly absorbed) and converted to pantothenic acid.

Binds with plasma proteins (mainly with albumin and β-globulin).

Pantothenic acid is not metabolized in the body and is excreted unchanged.

Composition

The cream for external use is 5% white to white with a yellowish tint, soft, elastic, homogeneous, matte, with a faint specific smell.

propylene glycol – 15 mg,

purified water – up to 1000 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Applied externally. The cream is applied in a thin layer on the affected surface and lightly rubbed. Use 1 to 2 times a day.

Dosing regimen for different age groups

Milk care for nursing mothers: Apply the cream to the nipples after each feeding.

Infant care: apply the cream with every diaper change.
