Tissue regeneration stimulant.
Pharmacological action
Dexpanthenol is quickly converted in the skin cells into pantothenic acid, which is part of coenzyme A and plays an important role both in the formation and healing of damaged skin. It stimulates skin regeneration and normalizes cell metabolism.
Pharmacokinetics
Dexpanthenol is quickly absorbed by the skin (quickly absorbed) and converted to pantothenic acid.
Binds with plasma proteins (mainly with albumin and β-globulin).
Pantothenic acid is not metabolized in the body and is excreted unchanged.

How to take, the dosage
It is used externally. The ointment is applied to the damaged or inflamed area of the skin 1-2 times a day and lightly rubbed.
Milk care for nursing mothers: Apply the ointment to the nipples after each feeding.
Infant care: apply the ointment every time the diaper is changed.
