The syringe cylinder is made of polypropylene, the piston is made of polyethylene – compatible with the injected drugs. The syringe cylinder is equipped with a special device for a comfortable grip, which provides stability and comfort during one-handed injection. Completely transparent syringe cylinder helps to better identify its contents. Latex-free manufacturing technology ensures that the syringe is not allergic to latex. Piston sliding force has been reduced to 300 g/cm² for smooth, jerk-free dosing and easy piston stopping. The tightness of the syringe and the locking ring on the barrel minimizes the risk of drug leakage (during production the syringes are leak-tested in accordance with ISO 7886-1). The scale of the syringe – embossed, resistant to washing off, well readable – provides ease of use and accuracy of dosing the administered medicine. The syringe tip is of the universal Luer-Slip type, which ensures reliable fixation of the needle on the syringe. Syringe piston with thumb pad for easy one-handed manipulation. A wide range of volumes and accessories makes it easy to select a syringe depending on the manipulation. BD Discardit™ syringes are equipped with BD Microlance™ needles to guarantee overall product quality.

How to use

Skin disinfection is carried out with ethyl or methyl alcohol. The scale division value allows you to set the dose of the medicinal substance with the required accuracy.

Pharmacological effect

A single use of the syringe allows for increased prevention of cross-infection (including hepatitis), as well as the spread of nosocomial infection. In terms of toxic-hygienic and sanitary-chemical indicators, syringes meet all the requirements for medical products of this class.
