Astrum SR-Comfort:

• It has a calming, neurotropic effect, reduces anxiety, increases psychoemotional stability, improves mood.
• Allows to resist depression.

• Wort: The main active substances (hyperacin, hyperforin) increases the serotonin content in the brain cells, prevent the destruction of neurotransmitters (serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine), the lack of which leads to depression. Assign a mild to moderate depression, seasonal emotional disorders, anxiety, insomnia, neuralgia, irritability. Thanks to the flavonoids, has an antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles (blood vessels, ureters, bile ducts, intestines). Known cases of Hypericum as a diuretic for gout, as well as some forms of bedwetting. Tannins of the plant have anti-inflammatory effects and antimicrobial activity (eg, against Staphylococcus aureus). It has hemostatic properties. Stimulates the endocrine glands, affecting the production of sex hormones, which is accompanied by increased sexual activity.
• Phosphatides are the main components of cell membranes (including brain neurons), prevent the destruction of brain cells, contribute to maintaining an optimal number of brain receptors (affecting the functioning of nerve cells), increase the resistance of brain cells to ischemia, stimulate the synthesis of acetylcholine and affect the transmission of neural impulses.
• The antioxidant complex helps protect the brain from the damaging effects of oxidative stress (POL). With profound antioxidant deficiency, neurological changes, cerebellar dysfunction, peripheral neuropathy (nerve fiber damage), etc. may occur. Antioxidants are recommended for the prevention of age-related changes in the nervous system.
  The complex contains plants that are rich in polyphenols with a wide range of effects, including antisclerotic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, etc.
• Strastoflower has sedative properties. It helps with insomnia (increases the duration of sleep), nervous tension, hyperactivity, muscle spasms, neuralgia.
• Hops has sedative, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic, diuretic effects; it positively affects the regulation of mineral, water and fat metabolism, has estrogenic activity.
• Schlemnik has a marked sedative effect (close to the effect of valerian tincture, the greatest effect in neurogenic hypertension), hypotensive (due to the suppression of excitation in the sympathetic ganglia), vasodilator and some antispasmodic effects (manifested in spastic bowel conditions).
• The predominance of magnesium over calcium protects nerve cells from “overexcitation”, has antispasmodic, hypotensive and antiarrhythmic effect.

Astrum SR-Comfort used in the complex therapy:

– spastic bowel conditions.

Hellebore (root) (Scutellaria ventenatii) 50 mg,

phosphoinositides 6 mg,

Antioxidant complex 50 mg,

Calcium (carbonate) 100 mg,

blackberry (Rubus caesius),

How to take, the dosage

To take 1-2 capsules one to two hours before bedtime or 1 capsule two times a day with meals to relieve emotional stress or as recommended by your doctor.

Interaction

Co-administration with protease inhibitors (indinavir, quinavir, ritonavir, nelfinavir); nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (nevirapine, efavirens) is not recommended;

warfarin, calcium channel blockers; cyclosporine through its effect on the cychotrom P450 enzyme system (cyclosporine blood levels have been shown to decrease by 49% under the influence of Hypericum); Digoxin, theophylline, anticonvulsants (phenytole, carbamazepine, phenobarbital); serotonin reuptake inhibitors with antidepressant effects (citalopram, fluoxetine, sertraline); corticosteroids, lidocaine.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of the product.

The use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
