Active components
Peppermint oil – due to its tonic and cooling effect, stimulates microcirculation and increases skin turgor. Thanks to its calming effect, it helps to quickly relieve skin irritation during allergic reactions, especially after insect bites.
When evaporating, peppermint oil vapors have a positive effect on the nervous system, reducing headaches, dizziness, nausea and the effects of motion sickness.
The effect of peppermint essential oil is due to its main component – menthol. Currently, menthol is a generally accepted and widespread remedy in most countries of the world.
Menthol is characterized by a number of effective effects on the body: irritant (causes a feeling of cold), local anesthetic (helps reduce the feeling of pain), antiseptic (some types of bacteria and viruses are sensitive to menthol), and soothing. Camphor is widely used in medicine.
It is used as a warming and distracting remedy for muscle pain and spasms. Camphor has a very good effect on oily and porous skin; thanks to its bactericidal properties, it promotes faster healing of pimples and ulcers and eliminates acne.
Clove oil has pronounced antiviral and antibacterial properties, which can only be compared with the best pine antiseptics. It is perfect for preventing the spread of infections and epidemics, and speeds up recovery during viral and colds.
It should be noted that cloves are an excellent repellent. The clove scent effectively repels insects. Clove oil can be used to maintain the tone of all skin types.
Cinnamon oil has pronounced calming and antispasmodic effects. Cinnamon oil also has a beneficial effect on the skin, having antimycotic activity and helps fight fungal diseases of various etiologies.
