How to take, the dosage

Take 2 tablets daily with water for adults.

If the daily dose is taken, at least:Zinc 0,15 mg
Selenium 2,4 mkg
Curcumin 20 mg
Silibin 68 mg

The duration of supplementation is 15 days. If necessary the dietary supplement can be repeated.
