How to take, the dosage

Recommendations for use: take adults 1 tablet 2 times a day with food, with water.
When taking the daily dosage the body will receive at least:
Vitamin B6 1.5 mg
Vitamin B12 2.4 mcg
Pholic acid 200 mcg
Vitamin C 35 mg
Iron 14 mg

The duration of intake – 15 days. The supplement can be repeated if necessary.
