The product is intended for prevention and complex treatment of ENT diseases in children from 2 years old and adults by irrigation and nasal cavity irrigation.

The product is designed to remove excess mucus, reduce secretions, soften and remove crusts, moisten the nasal cavity mucosa.

• It has beneficial effects on the nasal cavity and nasopharynx mucous membranes and helps reduce nasal congestion and restore nasal breathing.
• It provides the most thorough nasal cavity washing, helps remove any pathogens (viral, bacterial, fungal) as well as allergens and dust particles from the nasal cavity mucous membrane and nasopharynx by spraying “shower” and adding carbon dioxide (CO<>dioxide) bubbles into the sea water solutionsub>2 bubbles in the sea water solution without damaging the biocenosis (normal microflora) of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.

The CO₂ bubbles also help destroy bacterial biofilms, which have the ability to defend against antibiotics (causing antibiotic resistance), antiseptics, human immune system factors and cause acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.

The salts contained in sea water help to thin mucus, normalize its production in the mucous membrane bocalytic cells, prevent the formation and maturation of new biofilms, which reduces the bacterial load on the nasal mucous membrane and increases the effectiveness of antibacterial drugs when used.

Calcium and magnesium ions contained in the salt significantly improve the functioning of the cells of the atrial epithelium of the nasal mucosa, normalize the rheological properties of mucus and increase resistance to the introduction of viruses and bacteria. Iodine and sodium chloride have antiseptic properties. Zinc and selenium ions create conditions for activation of local immunity of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses.

Therapeutic effectiveness of drugs applied to the nasal mucosa is increased after nasal cavity washing with the product, the duration of respiratory diseases is reduced and the risk of spread of infection to the paranasal sinuses and ear cavity is reduced.

The product is intended to be used on an individual patient basis to avoid contamination.

Composition

Isotonic seawater solution (NaCl concentration 0.9%),

containing natural seawater, purified water, carbon dioxide (CO2 concentration 0.4%).

PH 3.5-5.5.

The osmolality is 270-350 mOsm/L.

Does not contain preservatives.
