Combination drug. Combination of the components of the drug leads to mutual enhancement of their pharmacological action.
Sodium metamizole is a derivative of pyrazolone, has analgesic and antipyretic effect. Bendazole (dibazole) is a vasodilator; it has a vasodilator effect, stimulates spinal cord function.
It has direct antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles of blood vessels and internal organs. It facilitates synaptic transmission in the spinal cord.
Papaverine hydrochloride is an antispasmodic agent; it has hypotensive effect, reduces tone and relaxes smooth muscles of internal organs and vessels. Phenobarbital in small doses has a sedative effect and enhances the effect of other components.
Indications
Pain syndrome (mild to moderately expressed) with spasms of the smooth muscles of internal organs: renal colic, biliary colic, intestinal colic; biliary dyskinesia, postcholecystectomy syndrome; spasm of the ureters and bladder; algodysmenorrhea.
Spasm of blood vessels of the brain, migraine. As an adjunctive medicine: pain syndrome after surgery and diagnostic procedures.

How to take, the dosage
Over the mouth, adults and children over 8 years old take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use without medical advice should not exceed 7 days.
Interaction
It enhances hypotensive effect of nitrates, slow calcium channel blockers, beta-adrenoblockers, ganglioblockers, diuretics (including furosemide, hypothiazide), myotropic antispasmodics.
Mutual increase of risk of side effects is noted in concomitant use with opioid analgesics. Adsorbents, astringents, coating medicines reduce absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.
Special Instructions
In case of long-term (more than 7 days) use it is necessary to control peripheral blood picture and functional state of the liver. If there is no effect within 3 days, the drug should be stopped and a physician should be consulted.
At the time of treatment it is necessary to refrain from potentially dangerous activities requiring high concentration and quick psychomotor reactions.
Children and adolescents under 18 years of age should only use the drug by prescription.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including. to pyrazolone derivatives); inhibition of medullary hematopoiesis; significant hepatic and/or renal insufficiency; glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; children under 8 years of age, pregnancy, lactation, tachyarrhythmia, severe angina pectoris, collapse, decompensated chronic heart failure; closed angle glaucoma; prostatic hyperplasia; intestinal obstruction, megacolon.
Side effects
Allergic reactions.
CNS disorders: drowsiness, decreased speed of psychomotor reactions.
Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, constipation.
Cardiovascular system: arterial hypotension.
In long-term use: leukopenia, agranulocytosis, hepatic and renal dysfunction.
