Marshmallow syrup is an expectorant of plant origin.

It has a coating, emollient, expectorant, local anti-inflammatory effect, helps to reduce the viscosity of the bronchial secretion.

marshmallow medicinal root extract liquid – 35.9 g,

sucrose – 64 g,

How to take, the dosage

Internal, after a meal, children under 12 years of age – 1 tsp. spoon, pre-diluted in 1/4 cup warm water, 4-5 times a day, children over 12 years and adults – 1 tbsp. spoon, pre-diluted in 1/2 cup water, 4-5 times a day.

The treatment duration is 10-15 days.

Lengthening the duration and carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible after consultation with the doctor.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

With caution: The drug should be administered to patients with diabetes mellitus and persons on a low carbohydrate diet.
