Altaivita Astragalus herb, 50 g

This plant of the legume family helps cure many ailments. The herb blooms with yellow and purple flowers, and should be collected during the flowering period at the end of May. Astragalus grows in the European part of Russia in open glades.

Astrangal should be taken in the following cases:

1. Depression. Many elderly people with age begin to feel weakness and dizziness. This is caused by impaired circulation and slow metabolism. In this case, it is recommended to take an extract of astragalus. The plant improves blood circulation and activates the nervous system. Astragalus strengthens and cleanses blood vessels and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system as a whole.
2. Inflammatory processes in the mouth and throat: gingivitis, stomatitis, periodontal disease, angina. Gargling with decoction of astragalus helps to quickly get rid of painful sensations. Due to the high content of antibacterial substances, the disease quickly recedes.
3. Joint diseases. This miraculous plant relieves tissue swelling, stimulates cell regeneration, restores water balance, stimulates the natural production of collagen.
   

Composition

Directions for use

Pour one teaspoon of astragalus with a glass of hot water and leave to infuse for 3 hours in a dark, cool place. The decoction may be taken throughout the day in small sips.

For douches and enemas, pour two tablespoons of the dry substance with two glasses of water. Boil the remedy in a water bath for 15 minutes, and then insist for an hour. After the liquid cools, strain it and use as directed.
