Active ingredient

Composition

1 g interferon alfa-2b human recombinant 5000 IU

loratadine 0.01 g

Auxiliary substances :

sorbic acid 2 mg,

dinatrium edetate dihydrate 1 mg,

carbomer 10 mg,

p> trolamine 10 mg,

macrogoal 4000 150 mg,

macrogoal 400 300 mg,

purified water up to 1000 mg.

5 g – aluminum tubes (1) – carton packs.

10 g – aluminum tubes (1) – cardboard boxes.

How to take, the dosage

In allergic rhinitis it is recommended to apply the drug by applying 1 cm of the gel on the mucous membrane of each nasal passage 4 times/day for 5-7 days in the acute stage, with subsequent reduction of the drug frequency until the clinical picture of the disease disappears.

After applying the gel, massage the wings of the nose with your fingers for even distribution of the drug on the mucous membrane of the nasal passages.

In case of allergic conjunctivitis it is recommended to use the drug by applying 1 cm of the gel on the skin of the upper and lower eyelids 4 times a day for 5-7 days at the stage of exacerbation, with subsequent decrease of the drug frequency until clinical picture of the disease disappears.

When clinical symptoms disappear it is recommended to stop the use of the drug.

The maximum continuous course of treatment should not exceed 6 weeks.

Interaction

A combination with the use of antihistamines of systemic action is likely.

Contraindications

– hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

– childhood.

Side effects

Rarely: sneezing, possible itching and temporary impairment of the sense of smell when the drug is applied.
