Aflubin is a complex homeopathic medicine. It has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antipyretic, detoxifying effects. It has antiviral activity.
Promotes the activity of nonspecific factors of local immunity. It reduces intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, normalizes functions of the respiratory tract mucosa.
Pharmacokinetics
The action of Aflubin is the result of the combined action of its components, so kinetic observations are not possible; all components together cannot be traced by markers or bioassays. For the same reason, the drug’s metabolites cannot be detected.

How to take, the dosage
In case of influenza and acute respiratory infections (1-2 days of illness), children under 1 year old are prescribed Aflubin 1/2 tablet or 1 drop., children 1-12 years – 1/2 tablet. or 5 drops. and adults and adolescents – 1 tablet or 10 drops. Frequency of administration – no more than 3-8 times a day.
In case of influenza and acute respiratory infections (advanced stage) children under 1 year old are prescribed 1/2 tablet or 1 drop, children 1-12 years – 1/2 tablet or 5 drops, adults and adolescents – 1 tablet or 10 drops. The frequency of administration is 3 times a day for 5-10 days.
For planned flu prophylaxis at the beginning of the cold season or 1 month before the annual expected peak of the disease in children under 1 year old prescribes 1/2 tablet or 1 drop, children 1-12 years – 1/2 tablet or 5 drops, adults and adolescents – 1 tablet or 10 drops. Frequency of intake – 2 times / day. The course of treatment is 3 weeks.
For urgent prophylaxis of flu and acute respiratory infections immediately after contact with a sick person or after severe hypothermia in children under 1 year old – 1/2 tablet or 1 drop, children 1-12 years – 1/2 tablet or 5 drops, adults and teenagers – 1 tablet or 10 drops. Frequency of intake – 2 times / day. The course of treatment is 2 days.
For the treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases, accompanied by joint pain syndrome, children 1-12 years – 1/2 tablet or 5 drops, adults and adolescents – 1 tablet or 10 drops. The frequency of administration – 3-8 times a day at the beginning of treatment (1-2 days), further 3 times a day during 1 month.
At the beginning of the disease and in cases when the symptoms are rapidly reduced, you can receive Aflubin every 0.5-1 hours 8-10 drops, but no more than 8 times a day. After improvement of the condition the drug is prescribed 3 times/day.
The drug Aflubin is taken 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals. The drops are taken pure or diluted in 1 table spoon of water. Children under 1 year of age the drops are dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water or mother’s milk. 1/2 tablet should also be dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water or mother’s milk, and give 1 drop. Before swallowing it is recommended to hold the drug in the mouth for a while. The tablet should be held under the tongue until it is completely absorbed.
